Ski Trip to Big Bear

Join us for a fun day of snow sports 
in the San Bernardino Mountains.
We are staying in cabins at Camp Tahquitz 
and 
Snowboarding/Skiing at the Big Bear Ski Resort

DUE on January 12th:
(1)   Permission Slip (Cabin+food fee= $25)
(2)   Check  (Made out to "Troop 671")

DUE by Sunday, January 25th:
(1)   Lift Ticket & Eqpt Rental Rates (Everyone)
(2)  Waiver Form  (Everyone)
(3)  Rental Form (if you are renting equipment) 
(4)  Check for lift ticket, rental, lessons, etc.
      (Made out to "Troop 671")
